By accessing or using Veraxiss products — InboxAI, Decido, or veraxiss.me — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Services

Veraxiss provides the following products:

• InboxAI: An AI-powered tool that extracts tasks and deadlines from forwarded school emails and delivers them via a web dashboard and optional Telegram notifications.
• Decido: A free group decision app that lets groups vote on restaurants by swiping privately and reveals consensus in real time. No account required.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use InboxAI. Decido may be used by anyone. By using our services, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose
• Forward emails to InboxAI that you do not have authorisation to process
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse our APIs
• Use our services to transmit spam, malware, or harmful content
• Impersonate another person or entity

4. Accounts (InboxAI)

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on veraxiss.me, including design, code, copy, and branding, is the property of Veraxiss / Kanal Chandna. You may not reproduce or redistribute any part of our services without prior written permission.

6. Third-Party Services

Our products rely on third-party APIs including NVIDIA, Groq, Telegram, and Cloudflare. We are not responsible for the availability or policies of these third-party services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that InboxAI will extract every task from every email, or that Decido sessions will always result in consensus. We are not liable for any missed deadlines, decisions, or data loss arising from use of our services.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Veraxiss and Kanal Chandna shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services at any time, for any reason, without notice. You may delete your InboxAI account at any time from within the app.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
